Processed from fresh Italian raw materials: The chilli is harvested only in season, from late August to early October, when the fruits are at the peak of ripeness.
High spiciness: A medium-high spiciness variety has been selected, for preparations that require strong flavours.
Original and ready to use product: Once collected, the chillies are cut into rounds and stored in oil, vinegar and sugar; ready to use to make original preparations.
Ingredients: Hot pepper (58%), sunflower oil (40%), wine vinegar, sugar, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Storage Instructions: Before opening: Store in a cool and dry place. After opening: Keep the product at refrigeration temperature in suitable hygienic conditions, closed with a lid and consume within 5-6 days.
