Mixture of cultivated and forest mushrooms.
Selection of wild mushrooms and cultivated mushrooms, sautéed. They are indicated as a side dish, to prepare first courses and second courses to season polenta.
Balanced mushroom mix: This product uses both forest mushrooms (porcini, porcinelli and chanterelles) and cultivated, present in appropriate proportions to obtain a balanced and varied assortment.
Selected raw material: Chanterelles, of European origin, are small in size, therefore crunchy and with a delicate and whole flavour; porcini, cut into small slices are chosen for their size and ideal fleshiness to guarantee a lively and characteristic flavour. The cultivated mushrooms are sorted by small size and area of origin (Europe) to obtain an ideal result in terms of flavour and inviting appearance. The product therefore consists of a carefully chosen assortment, offering the best balance between taste, texture and pleasant appearance
Delicate recipe: These mushrooms are prepared with a trifolatura performed with parsley, garlic and oil, pleasant but very delicate, to give the product a wide versatility of use
Ingredients: Forest and cultivated mushrooms, (Cultivated yellow family: Pholiota Nameko; cultivated musk mushrooms: Volvariella Volvacea ; yellow porcinelli: Suillus luteus. porcini : Boletus Edulis and its group; chanterelles: Cantharellus; sunflower oil, salt, parsley, flavourings, yeast extract, garlic, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant : L-ascorbic acid.

Storage Instructions: Before opening: Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening: Keep the product at refrigeration temperature in suitable hygienic conditions and consume within 2 - 4 days.
Ideal for: Risotto, side dishes.
