Capers in vinegar
At Neri we only use "Rock-Grown Capers" to offer you the best quality. They are different from those grown on the plain as their flavour is crispy and intense. It is easy to recognise them due to their light green colour with red to white pigmentation. The presence of the white and pink small pots confirms their freshness, perfect preparation and accurate control throughout each process.
